SyncMyGAL syncs your Microsoft 365 Global Address List into every employee's personal contacts — automatically, server-side, with zero duplicates. Calls from colleagues stop being unknown numbers.
Get started — from €29/mo See the sync in 3DFlat pricing per company, not per user · Billed through Microsoft AppSource · Nothing to install on phones
The Global Address List lives in Outlook — but iPhones and Android phones only sync personal contacts. So colleagues call each other as unknown numbers, missed calls pile up, and IT keeps hearing the same ticket: "how do I get everyone's number on my phone?"
Incoming calls show the caller's name, title and company — because the whole directory is in the phone's native contacts.
New hire? Number change? Departure? The next sync run updates every mailbox. Each synced contact is tracked and updated in place — never re-created.
SyncMyGAL works server-side through Microsoft Graph. Phones already sync Outlook contacts natively — the directory just appears.
One admin consent. No agents, no per-device profiles, no training.
A 200-person company pays €79/month. Per-user competitors charge the same company €400+/month — see the comparison.
Pre-launch: the Microsoft AppSource listing is being prepared. Early-access tenants are being onboarded directly, at the prices below, with the same flat per-company billing.
The Global Address List is an online-only lookup in Outlook. Apple and Android phones only sync the personal contacts folder of each mailbox — and the GAL is not in it. SyncMyGAL writes the GAL into that folder, so native sync does the rest.
No. Everything happens server-side via Microsoft Graph. If a phone already shows the user's Outlook contacts (the default with the Outlook app or native mail setup), the directory appears automatically.
No. Each synced contact carries an invisible marker. Existing synced contacts are updated in place; personal contacts your employees created themselves are never touched.
Four application permissions, granted once by your admin: read the user directory, write contacts, plus two read-only permissions used to scope the sync to the groups you choose. Every one of them is listed and justified on the Security page.
Yes — contact us after subscribing and we'll scope the sync to the groups you choose.
Set up once. Every phone in the company gets the full directory.
